1/5 - Phone System Update

We are pleased to announce that the basic setup of the phone system is nearing completion. We will be finalizing the ES system today and will begin customizations on Thursday (1/6). Please feel free to post tickets about any questions or customizations you would like to have completed. We are intentionally leaving the system very basic for the setup process so we can work through the troubleshooting faster. Once all the phones are up and registered, we will start working on things like "call flow, speed dials, and other creature comfort configurations".

Please also be advised that the direct lines are being processed and you will soon have your direct numbers ringing your desk phone (for those of you that had them prior to the change). We were anticipating a 24 hour turn around on the transition, but some of the people on the other side of the fence were inundated with "back from the holidays" issues, so we are lagging a bit behind. I am confident that we will have the direct numbers in working order before the end of this week.
