Thank you everyone for your support and patience as we continue to resolve technical issues day after day. SGRITA is now implementing some new policies concerning scheduling and resources that will be assigned to Calhoun Co. Schools. In the next 30 days, you will begin to see some new faces. Also, you will see some other people less frequently as they are re-purposed.

The projects that are scheduled to be completed (not necessarily in order of priority) are:

- Finalizing the ES lab thin clients
- IP phone system for the entire school district
- IP camera system for academic recording

Chris will be the primary source for end user support. Thomas will be working on the phone system and servers. We are also interviewing IT support technicians next week and should have a full-time dedicated resource to take over for Chris within the next few weeks.

Additionally, because we are closing out the final projects for this year and transitioning to ongoing end user support only, we have made changes to the scheduling of where our technicians will be and when. Please reference the calendar on the main page of this site for details.
