9/8 - Technology Progress Report

It has been two very long hard months, but at last, our teams are making great progress with the network updates and support issues. At this time we have achieved the following milestones:
  • Reduced active tickets to less than 100
  • Completed email migration
  • Completed server upgrades
  • Completed securing user documents
  • Implemented backup processes for all databases (TEMS, AR, InfoCentre, and others)
  • Deployed the first 30 thin client stations in the middle school
Although there is a long way to go, we are making significant progress. "We are few, and the problems are many", but we have well established processes and procedures that will see us through.
