AR Performance Issues Confirmed

All, please note that we are tracking a database engine issue with the Renaissance Place "Accelerated Reader" application. Users have reported sluggish responses when interfacing with the program and failures when generating reports.

Please note that SGRITA engineers are working to resolve the problem and will update everyone as soon as service is fully restored.
