Phone System Updates

SGRITA technicians will be working on auditing all the accounts in the phone system for accuracy and as part of our information gathering process in preparation for the new phone system. If you have a voicemail account that you cannot access because the password needs reset, or if you have the wrong name on your phone, please SUBMIT A TICKET, and an engineer will process your request as quickly as possible. (Please allow up to 72hrs for the request to be completed.  Thank you!
