Please note that we are presently working on the most critical issues as defined by our standard operating procedure for telecommunications systems repairs and maintenance.


At this time, we have a critical situation that must be resolved before we process the rest of the changes users have requested.


In order of importance, here is what SGRITA technicians are working hard to resolve:


1.) 911 dial capability is currently not functional **this is a critical item and is being worked at this very moment

2.) Direct Inward Dial numbers **this is anyone that has a direct phone number assigned that has stopped working

3.) User level changes **this is items such as caller ID being incorrect or voicemail passwords that need reset



Please note that the complexity and age of this system is making it challenging to repair, so bear with us as we do what we can as fast as we can.
