Thanks everyone for your patience as we rolled all the old mail and accounts over to the new system. It was very tedious, time consuming work, but I feel it is worth it. I hope you do as well. Please note that because of the antiquated mechanisms that the previous email system employed, much of the data transition process had to be completed manually.. This means there is certainly room for human error. Typo's in account names are very possible. If you have any issues whatsoever, please feel free to contact support@sgrita.net or (preferably) create a ticket using this support portal. Or, you can always call 866.606.7103 and press option 4 for support. Someone will get your information, create a ticket, and we will have our team process it as quickly as possible.
